Return Policy

If your selection does not meet your needs, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of products purchased from in their original brand new condition, including intact tags and packaging, within 14 days of the ship date. Please note the following exceptions and clarifications: We are unable to accept returns of products that have been tried, used or have a product seal broken.

Please allow 5-7 business days processing time after we receive your returned item. We will only credit against the original payment method used to make the purchase. We will refund your entire purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.

To Return or Exchange

To return or exchange an item, an authorization is required. Returns will not be accepted unless an RMA number is included with your return (Note, items shipped back to Mavala USA that don’t meet our Return Policy may be rejected or be subject to a restocking fee). Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to Mavala USA. Return MUST have a tracking number. If you refuse a delivery, you will be charged for return shipping fees in addition to applicable restocking fees.
